Another great Comic-expo in Bristol this year! This time I attended 3 panels in this two days' convention, and found several great restaurants in Bristol :D Thanks Bob Wayne for a great dinner :)

Just came back from Hi-Ex (Highland Interational Comic Expo) in Inverness. This is the first year of the show and I was amazed the amount of visitors coming to the convention despite of the bad weather. One thing I noticed was there were a lot of families bringing little kids and the parents were showing their kids things they used to read. It is very nice--plus, the kids loved the Manga workshop we did. I really hope Hi-Ex can get bigger and bigger!

Second year I attended International comic festival in Angouleme, France. This year the festival was held in the city centre and I found myself knowing much more people than last year :) I was told by Dargaud my CutieB book will be out in April this year--Cannot wait!!

The Mammoth Book of Best New Manga VOL.2 is out today! I contributed a 25 pages "Story of Lee" (written by Sean Michael Wilson) to this book. The story is based in Edinburgh and you can find a lot of familiar buildings in the story (if you have ever been to Edinburgh). This is the first British manga I have published.
